This is the first video of a big project im taking on and will be recording the process. The objective of these videos will be to help anyone that wants to buy cheap and burned construction equipment to fix it. Not all burned equipment can be resurrected but these videos will show you what to look for before buying it.

here is the st link pinout connection for ninebot max and the full firmware file for flashing any max controller and also the dashboard original firmware all this need to be done with st-link just watch this video ua-cam.com/video/hf_KrEb76ZY/v-deo.html is the samething but you dont have to do do the serial number change you will have the sport serial number allready after you flash the control...

facing the bms the left ground cable is going straight to.the battery negative make sure you leave the bms cable connected if not the bms will not charge the battery the tiny red cable is just to feed the bms this cable will not consume to much power i did that because the cable is to short so i cut them and use it for make it longer and them i put the small red cable for bms feed

so guys let me put something very clear for those people that dont know anything about bms, by doing this method you only will bypass the current draw side of the bms not the charging side of the bms. never never bypass the charging side of a bms its very very dangerous consequences can be catastrophic.

tafter i make that video i bearly work on it but like few mo ths ago istart working again on it and is almost done they only start with starting fluid because has a internal error code in the engine ecm so i need to order the kubota scanner to see what exactly happen but i think maybe the ecm when bad with the fire but at soon i scan it i will find out when i finish .i will.do another video covering all the process with pictures
Hi Everyone! I bought a used 590 for my son. It's not in the best shape requires some work but was quite cheap. ;) Anyway It is good for us but some things are missing: 1. the unit is always ON, so it drains the battery - there is no button to turn ON/OFF 2. there is no speedo/battery-meter So I made some research on the net how to re-buid the scooter and found samzoneworld's videos which says: 1. I have to replace the ESC. 2. Unfortunately the aftermarket ESCs are big, so only the 350W ESC fits into 3. I read several posts about low speed issue or ESCs turning OFF after several secs 4. the solution to both problems is to open the battery and change the BLACK cable to override certain part of the battery's BMS module???! Does it help with the built-in security whatever in the battery? 5. but does it really solves both issues? 6. what will be possible max. speed, the same with the old 500/750W ESC? 7. what about the controlling board which contains the GPS/SIM module? will it work w/o a controlling board? the original ESC ofc does not work w/o that unit... 8. what about just adding an external screen to the original ESC (with ON/OFF buttons) - I guess this is where a re-flashing would be necessary? I hope I understood everything correctly.... Many thanks for any help!!!!!

I'm stuck at another problem. Where can I get spare tires for the Bird 590 motor? They use some uncommon 9x2.125 inch tires. Does anyone know a vendor of such tires? Preferably in Europe. Mine is falling apart.

I recently discovered an abandoned Bird in Germany. Bird pulled out if Germany last year so nobody was going to pick that one up. My battery has an additional label on it, that says "OTA with Anti-Theft". Should I be worried that this battery has its own SIM module?
To answer my own question, no it has no SIM module inside and no tracking. It also can be opened with a heatgun. Seems to be safer than with a circular saw.
Burned down already? It's a totally clever idea to take a metal screwdriver and scratch it over a non-visible BMS while it is still connected to the cells.

@@peterplenk2166 there is one only option replace the original bms with a aftermarket bms but if you bypass the bms.correctly nothing ever will happen

Hey man you still running into this problem I know an easy solution it only requires you to have a computer, download a file, have a phone and Bluetooth the scooter. Then it's just a matter of flashing, (battery firmware version) and your done.
Aue Sam. Im in PHX and having big issues removing the wires so i can take the stem, forks etc to get welded. Stem broke off at neck.

@@golfrobert always use common sense and be very careful because those battery are very powerful but if you do all correctly never will be risk of fire

I found mine on eBay and it works but I struggle to get the front light working because the German is different from the other ones. Did you manage to get your front light working?

@@m.lki67 yes. Supply voltage to both contacts and GND to the negative. The German front light has 3 contacts. One is for switching the light on and off.

@@m.lki67 I mean, the biggest difference is, the motor is on the rear. Tighten the motorised wheel! Mine got loose after climbing a hill. The motor has a good amount of torque. Lights are 36v front and rear. No need for the step down converter.
I finished the wiring. I think I did everything right when I connect the power. I don't get any light on my LCD screen. What should I check with my multimeter to figure out what I might be missing here?

Hello, I have done this, but the battery now only charges to 31V, any clue what the problem is? I have tried to resolder to the original wire, but now only charges to 31v, i have also tried two chargers, same problem.
hard to tell from here but make sure you did the bypass in the correct battery cell

@@jorgehumbertosilva in that case you probably have bad cells you need to test them one by one to find the bad one

When hooking up my new motor controller I could not find the jello wire. I looked everywhere there was red, green, black blue etc but absolutely no Jello wires do I go to the store and buy some of my own mix and make my own Jello wires wouldn't that short out the controller? do I just need it to jiggle? help my scooter won't run cuz it's full of jello now

hello do you have any smple ways to fix error code 10 , this came about when i changed the brake lever sensor, there are no broken connectins between dash and controller.. i previously changed serial number so now i cant use ninebot flasher or scooter hacking app etc. it connects but will not allow me to flash or do anything

I love the part were you use a mallet to delicately remove the bushing from the wiring harness. That is the same kinda shit I do whenever something that should be easy is giving me hell. Blam!! take that you piece of shit bushing!! lol.
hey i did everything but my bird one still not working. throttle was working at the beginning and left it charging over night. the next day the throttle didnt work. did the bms bypass and still nothing. any suggestions i can do to make it work?
